Working alongside qualified, experienced framers we can assist you in selecting the most suitable mount and frame solution that will conserve and show your new purchase off best. Often a piece of art will come un-framed which allows you to exercise your creativity in the choice of framing.
BESPOKE FRAMING
Our Framers offer an extensive range of frames to suit any artwork, stocking a range of woods from sustainable resources such as oak, tulip, ash, maple and walnut.
These can either be hand stained to the colour of your choice or waxed to show off the natural colours within the wood.
All of their frames are prepared by hand in their workshop to meet any specification, they are cut, joined and sanded to a smooth finish before colouring and finishing. They also offer a spraying service to achieve a clean contemporary finish and can match to a wide range of RAL colours.
CONSERVATION FRAMING
Our Framers produce frames to a conservation standard, which will help to protect and preserve your artwork for years to come. Tailoring the conservation needs to match a variety of budgets.
All of the mount-boards and adhesives used are acid free and reversible, offering a range of glazing with different levels of protection. From UV filter glass to anti reflection and acrylic which is suitable for larger works.
